Do You Turn Off Your Phone Regularly?

I only turn off my phone momentarily when it's technically necessary: crash/freeze. Otherwise, my phone stays on at all times.

yea when I go to bed. I'm not a believer in letting it be at 100 on the charger throughout the night

I restart mine maybe once a week

I don't do that unless I'm avoiding someone to disturb me lol. But it actually turns off at least 2-3x a week whenever the batt is drained and I forgot to charge it immediately.

Rarely. I do restart it every few weeks. A refresh.

Before i've got used to turn it off during the night, but i haven't done this in the recent years. I have only restarted it when needed (although this has happened only a few times so far). So, no, i don't turn it off.

No cuz they take time to power on. Who wants to wait when you can click Instagram that second you turn your device on?!
