Does a scrambled PIN pad exist for a security unlock screen?

I've seen this in a few password manager apps where the PIN pad for security access to the app scrambles three number pad layout with each use. Does this exist for Android's phone security?

I've only ever seen that as an option on LG devices - it doesn't come standard in Android by default, I don't think. So you would need a 3rd party app
