Does either nandroid or titanium copy your sd card stuff?

I was cleaning up my N4's sd card (virtual) to free up some space, and after copying all the files from a recent titanium backup to my PC, I deleted those files on my phone (from the PC, while still connected). After that, Almost every directory on my sd card was gone, and not in my recycle bin. Weird. Anyway, does either a nandroid or a titanium backup have all your sd card directories and data?

Unfortunately nah, niether will backup that partition..

Oh well, I had a pretty recent copy of my sd card on my pc anyway.
