Does power mode still use 120hz when done through Bixby routines?

Is there an app that will give accurate adaptive refresh readouts in different apps on the fly?
That app refresh rate shows you if you on 120hz or when it has to drop for certain apps, like opening Google Maps if have 120hz set up on regular settings it drops to 60hz on Map, on gaming , Youtube definitely stays on 120hz and lots of other apps as well, not sure if that's what you was asking.

So is there an app that shows every refresh rate in between 1hz and 120hz that your currently using? Like if an app was using just 10hz for instance.

OK thanks, I thought the screen was capable of refresh rates of 1hz to 120hz depending on what you are viewing, I can see just 120hz or 60hz using this app.
