Does setting->apps->all->{app}->"Clear data" kill the app and services

In my app, there are two services, after "Clear data", the background downloading service is still there. How could I kill all the services by "Clear data"?

Try "Force Close" instead of Clear data. Clear data just removes any custom settings, game progress, and other information saved by the app. It doesn't affect its run state.
