Does the Pixel 3 have a notification light ?

My pixel 1 had a blinking notification light, my pixel 3 doesn't appear to have one, or at least i cant get it to work ?

As Mike noted above, it doesn't have one. There are 3rd party applications that you could use to flash the screen when you receive notifications in lieu of the blinking LED.
