does the samsung qi charger (s6) come with a cable and wall plug?

I ordered one from amazon and it looks like a different box than the one I saw at best buy. There was no cable no power block just the charger. The tiny pamphlet suggested it should only be used with the samsung charger that came with my phone implying any other charger could damage it. But that is my quick charge charger and I was not intending to keep it in the same place. I am returning this charger and getting the retail one provided it does carry the cable and block in the box...

I got the one from best buy with a price match and it does indeed include a charger.

I recently purchased an OEM Samsung Wireless Charging Pad (box did state for Samsung Galaxy S6 although it is compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4), and it did contain 2A Travel Adapter.
