Does UC browser really block ads?

It is marketed that way but when I installed it I keep seeing ads all around. Especially popups annoy me.

Not sure if you found the solution, but it's noted as blocking "most" ads. So if you are still seeing ads it could be that it's not capable of blocking the ones you are seeing.

This browser can only block virus ads not google ads.

Lol, UC browser is itself an advertisement machine that will surely hanged your device with bundle of ads and notifications. Use Opera that is best for me.
