I can say that the soak is over. There was a second email sent out after the end survey email. It was in reference to battery life. I don't have any other insight on why it would, even if it is delayed. I do know that many, many people complained that there was no way to enable 3G only unless you use a market app. Hope fully there adding that in.

You don't have to believe me as I know there's been a lot of false reports over time on many things. This was stated on a call today that covered ICS and Share Everything plans. This call was hosted by Corporate VZW (not rep level staff). It's legit I can assure you.

For all this upset that they haven't received it yet, is there any reason you're not manually updating? There's a super easy guide on xda. If you follow the guide it's super easy to update. I did it this evening and so far love it so much i'm considering keeping it instead of my GS3 pre-order.

Google mattlgroff razr utility 1.7 or Droid razr utility 1.7 - 10-20mins and your done. ICS .211 on your phone

I have some info. ICS will be pushed to devices today (28th) and tomorrow (29th) at 100,000 users each day. Then on Saturday the update will be made available to others where they'll be able to check "system updates" in their phone to grab it when they want.
