Yes, according to the video in the link it affects the N2 as well as several other TW devices.

Oddly enough I copy and paste all the time. Even when I had my S3 I was doing it and never saw any negative effects. I am not however on the stock ROM so I'm not sure whether the all TW ROMs carry this issue or just the stock one.

I copy/paste a lot as well. I read about this issue last week and the articles make it seem like just about everyone is affected, yet, I hadn't read about it until the article came out last week and the phone has been out since, what, October?
