double press volume down to launch camera

So when I first got the phone I set it up that with a double press of the volume down when the phone is off it launches the camera. I did a factory reset and now when I do that it not only launches the camera but also takes a photo which I don't want. Not sure what changed here. I just want it to open but not take a snapshot.

It's a setting in the camera app under ultra snapshot.

Thanks for reminding me. I realize what happened now. I shoot alot in Wide aperture mode. When you have the camera set up for wide aperture mode, the settings menu is restricted and there is no access for that feature. I had to take it out if wide aperture mode and it was there.
