Download stuck on downloading

I just got myself a samsung galaxy s8+ and when I try downloading "big" games It get stuck on downloading but for small games download work fine I searched a solution but didn't find one that work

Welcome to Android Central! Are you seeing the Downloading notification in the status bar, or is this during the initial loading screen for the game, where it tells you that it's downloading more game files?

I dont see the downloading notification on the status bar

Ok, but where are you seeing that it's stuck downloading? Is there a game screen that says it's downloading more files?

no it's in the play store that it's stuck

Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data? Try going to Settings>Apps, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager -- you probably have to tap Menu>Show System to see it. Now try again.

yes it happen on both. I did the clear data/cache and force stop for play store it still doesn't work and I didn't find download manager

found the download manager it was the problem thank you sir

Turn off bluetooth. Restart phone. Turn bluetooth back on or not. Will work for quite awhile but can repeat fix.

Found simple fix. Rstart phone with blutooth turned off.
