Downloaded update then failed

I had recieved the update 2 days ago. It had been uploading for over 24 hours and it had gotten to 82% then it just disappeared. When I went to try and finish it, it said device is up to date, try again in 24 hours. I am still at 4.3. I have installed the kies 3 app and it too says my firmware is up to date. Anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?

Reboot the device and Kies via the computer. Connect to Kies and try the update again.

What model (carrier) Note 3 do you have?

I have AT&T. What do you mean reboot Kies? Just reboot the computer?
I have rebooted phone and computer and still no change.
