Has anybody been able to get your Nexus 4 synced, via Bluetooth, with a car communication system, including the contact list? I have tried several times and although the phone syncs fine, the contact list will not transfer to the car. On a different forum (Issue 40198 - android - Bluetooth won't sync contacts on Nexus 4 - Android - An Open Handset Alliance Project - Google Project Hosting) I have read that some of the other Nexus versions, including the tablet, were having the same problem. They downgraded to JB 4.1.2 and disabled auto updates to their system after which the Bluetooth sync then worked fine.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 2012 Mustang with the SYNC system. I had no problem at all. I deleted my old phone and the SYNC walked me through the entire process.

I have a 2010 Audi Q5 and it works fine with by N4. It asked me the first time to do this and now it is automatic. I have had lots of phones, mainly Samsung Galaxy phones that will work fine and then an update borks it. I currently have a note 2 that barely works on BT. It seems hit and miss after updates.
