It sounded like the AT&T Remote app. Thought about it in light of the SD card notification issue.

Had it on my Note 4 and S6 and ended up removing it due to excessive battery consumption by the app.

Good to know. Glad I didn't downloads. I guess we should disable the AT&T Remote Access app?
