downloads are EXTREMELY slow...... Help

My wife has had her S5 for a couple months now. Everything she tries to download is so slow. We both have been all through the settings and can't figure it out. It won't hardly update anything without wifi. She tried to update moon reader app yesterday on the network and it literally took all day.... what's wrong with it?????

If anybody uses torrents please help

My wife has the galaxy s5 from sprint. She uses torrents for her books ( she loves to read ) but the s5 won't download torrents for her at all. We have had every galaxy from the s1 to the s5 and never had a problem... can somebody help

Are you getting any errors? Are you using any specific apps?

Is this a sudden problem or has it been going on for quite some time? The problem could be the network in regards to your location.
