Dragon mobile assistant on Moto X

Is anyone using dragon mobile assistant on their Moto X and if so how does that compare to the Motorcycle X's "OK google" always on as a touchless interface?

I don't think it has been definitively answered, but I can't imagine that they do.

I've heard of people successfully using Dragon on the X, but I haven't heard of any comparisons of the battery life when using it or not. To me this would be the only disadvantage of Dragon. I haven't personally tried it though.

My question is one of functionality instead of the processor usage, but that is a good question. I like the latest dragon. In wondering if, since the Moto X active listening is working on a separate processor, they can be used together for a more complete hands free experience.
