I agree i want the photo editor is it safe to dl that apk? i just dont want to mess my phone/info/etc up... i am on vzw.

Can't vouch for the Apk in the xda forum, but others have downloaded without problems. I did see, on the ATT community forums, they are suggesting going to the Samsung Apps store on your PC, connecting your phone, and downloading the photo editor from there..
Sounds like more of a pain than it should be, but if it works...

I downloaded the Samsung Apps store from Google Play and searched photo editor in that app and found it. It sent me to Google play to download the app and here's what I got.



Verizon is really starting to piss me off and I'm about ready to return this phone because of how Verizon butchered it.

The picture i posted above is why you can't get it. I just went to XDA and got the APK and I loaded it up. I now have Photo Editor on my Verizon Note 2.

You won't. The only reason it showed up in mine was because I went to the Samsung Apps app and searched for the app and it said install and when I clicked install it took me to the app on the play store but told me it's not compatible so I couldn't download it.

Turns out it was only because I kept trying to do the same thing. I can't use the stamps. That's the only thing that force closes. Everything else seems to work just fine.
