Driver issue

Hi,

I am trying to install the following drivers:

Android adb interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0000
Android bootloader interface for root/usbdeviceclass/0001

I keep on getting a start 10 issue of they both will not start. How do I solve this?

Also, I was wondering if it is possible to copy phone storage from my phone to my desktop pc? I would like to restore the phone for app and app data.

Copy the entire phone? No. How much of it you can back up and restore depends on things like whether TWRP is available for it, whether you can install it without unlocking the bootloader, if not how much work you're ready to do.
