"Rorry, Reorge."
Couldn't resist.
I seem to have stumbled upon one of the under-hood improvements of 2.1, I think. When I'm working from home, I like to pair my phone with my computer so that I can stream music and podcast audio to the PC speakers. Since I first got the Droid, the bluetooth stereo audio streaming has always worked, but it would hiccup every few minutes with a little glitch in the audio. It didn't matter if I had it paired to my home PC or my work laptop, it would always do it.
I did some searching on these forums about that problem and discovered that others have experienced it to. Many said that all you needed to do was make sure nothing else was running on the phone because A2DP streaming was very process intensive. I took that advice, but it didn't seem to cure the audio hiccups.
Well, for the first time since updating to 2.1, I paired up my phone to my PC and began streaming audio, has I have many times before. Except this time, it was different... NO MORE HICCUPS!. It seems that 2.1 was fixed this problem.
Anyone else noticed this?
