DROID BIONIC Jelly Bean Update

Okay I will miss my stock weather widget, but the drive mode one is nice paired with my cars Bluetooth capable stereo.

Any changes in Bluetooth? ICS Bluetooth was extremely wonky on my Bionic paired with my car... Random disconnects and had to cycle Bluetooth to get it back up and running. It has been extremely annoying!

Yup, didn't work. Oh well. Guess we'll have to wait for someone to find a root solution?

Um.....I take it you haven't been reading what I've said about this? You can wait, but, you'll have a new phone before then. Dan R quit, so....

I have no issues so far with Bluetooth, but then I didn't with ICS. Streaming slacker radio through it now.

Yes jb doesn't have the stock weather widget, but since it was through AccuWeather, I installed their free app which has a nice widget with it.

So, Sam (or anyone else who might know): if I wanted to install stock JB via the update (file, not automatic update), would I need to put myself back onto stock ICS? Or could I just do the update from my Eclipse ROM? I assume the former, since it does a check before installing...right? Or is the check only done in regards to downloading the update?

Here we go.

You most definitely need to be stock.

You'll need to be bone stock from everything I've read. I went to the (minor) trouble of doing an FXZ back to stock before the update, and so far things are going swimmingly.
