Droid Bionic Video Chat

Gtalk video chat works (and skype I believe) on the Droid Bionic. I was wondering why the same doesn't hold true for the photon. They both have Moto-blur, I wonder if there is anyway to port the app version or if anyone had any insight on when the photon might actually get real video chat (other then Qik).

The Bionic uses a TI CPU not a Tegra II - The problem is gtalk nor skype have Tegra II support at the moment.

My suggestions / what I use for video chat:
Tango - Works well
Vtok for Google Video chat - works well
