Droid Incredible Shipping?

6/5 and I called Verizon today asking what was up because I still had not been given a tracking shipping email.

The rep was starting to give me the "these orders are delayed speech," then he stopped and was like "oh, actually yours shipped and will be delivered tommorow by 3"

Even got a tracking number! FINALLY.

Sweet! Wish it was me! Did you get a notice after that?

Just called CS and was told it supposedly shipped today. The tracking number hasn't been generated yet because Fedex Hasn't actually picked it up yet. So they told me to call back later tonight for the tracking number and it should be here tomorrow. Not so sure I believe them.......

UGH this is unbearable 2 not one but 2 FedEx trucks have come onto my street one of them went to my neighbors house. I almost ran out and asked the guy about it.

lol one came by here way slow to I about threw a rock to stop em an ask if they was lost looking for me then saw where they went

Hey I was told the same thing after a 3RD!!! FedEx truck dropped something off at my neighbors house on the other side of me. . . . this must be punishment for making all of those poor csr's hate their jobs so much.

I'm a "6/7er" If you want to chew out a CSR I would totally let you use my sweet new phone!(If it comes first)

And to all my BBStorm friends... consider yourselves lucky... I'm rolling with a palm treo haha. I plan on breaking it by going "chief smakaho" with it on the first CSR I meet. j/k

Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered 6/3 in store 7PM. Just called Verizon, and a guy gave me a tracking number, looked it up, its coming from Westchester, PA. 2 Day shipping, I cant complain at all, even though the rep told me that all backordered phones have been automatically upgraded to overnight I said no on fedex it says 2 day when I type the number in. Anyway, I did not receive a shipping notification, and should have it by 6/30 at 7PM fedex site says.

I am more shocked than excited, I didnt think I would ever get it. But heres to the frustrating days, hours, minutes that we have all went through. I will still follow the blog, and if you have any questions about my order or anything feel free to contact me, or quote my post and ill respond.

I have been told by CS that it would be shipping today also, but I am not counting on it. My husband ordered his on 6/5 and I ordered mine on 6/10. No shipping confirmation on the 6/5 order.

I couldnt' help it, I called about my phone again. They told me that the most they've seen is two day delays and that my phone should ship out tomorrow at the latest. Because of my wait, he gave me a 30.00 credit towards a new case and screen protectors for my phone. This is in addition to the 60.00 in credits they gave me towards my bill. I would advise everyone to b*tch and b*tch some more to get a little bonus for your wait! It all depends on the CSR you get, if one won't give you a credit, don't be afraid to call again.

well i've been lurking also, patiently waiting for my 6/6 order to go out at the latest possible ship date of today. No tracking number. Just called CS and of course, its scheduled to ship today just the system hasn't updated so i should receive it tomorrow, which I'm assuming was total bs from watching this forum and seeing the dates. Also had a number to call for the warehouse that a rep gave me last week. The rep there looks up my order and says if i don't get a tracking number tonight then my order was affected by the lastest news htc just gave them. This is breaking news within the last hour that htc just advised them that now there may be a 10 day delay instead of 5 they had previously reported us because they are waiting on some HD screens to be delivered.......wtf......so if I haven't heard anything by the middle of next week i should call back, i said middle of NEXT week, she said yes ten days from now.....This is ridiculous. I waited my three weeks to get told this bs....I then inform them that they sure should notify us when they get news of this delay, and she said we haven't had time because it just was given to us an hour ago. I said well i've heard nothing of the five day delay you said they previously reported, she said ohh that was this weekend so we haven't been able to send you an email yet....whatever....I used to like this company

Ok so I've been following this forum for a while now, simply waiting on my Incredible, I have questions that I wonder if anyone is able to help me with.

Bought the phone 6/7 from a verizon wireless kiosk, but was bought online, the verizon rep said. gave me that whole fedex free overnight. I didn't use my own upgrade, I took someone elses on my family plan.

Was told ship date 28th, called a CSR today n told I'm getting the 5 day delay (will probly call again just to hear another opinion from a different CSR). I went to the verizon kiosk n the guy said fed ex hasn't updated it so it doesn't show mine being shipped yet, he said ill prolly get it shipped tomorrow.

Anyway my question is, I don't believe I have received any type of tracking info or anything from verizon or fed ex. Is there any way whatsoever I can track or check. How was the verizon rep able to check, but when I asked for any information so that I can check myself he said no.

If they(vzw) emailed you a confirmation and a order number then you can check your status from the vzw website .If you did not get an order number I dont know how you would check on it without calling them again.

Once fedx gets your package they sends you a tracking number, if you order by regular landline tho I dont think you can track it either , at least you cant the same way as if you had ordered though the website.The 5 day delay varies from whom you talk with you should be getting close tho others with dates close to yours are reporting getting phones shipped.

I have been reading these boards for the past 3 weeks and hoped this wouldn't happen to me but I was supposed to get the confirmation today and didn't. Now I'm waiting on a call back from a csr because they can't find my order, I placed on 6/5 and have the confirmation number of the purchase online but these great folks at VW lost it on the day it was supposed to be shipped!!!!!

CS: There is a 30 day shipping delay your's should be shipped out 7/8

I wanted it before the 4th ,doesnt sound like its going to happen with my order .

So i called Friday Sunday and today. All 3 stated my DI would be shipped today. (6/7) buy date. So i get no e-mail. Call and ask for track and was told at 8:45 tonight there is a 5 day wait and " I have no idea why the other 3 CS's would have told you that" . Sorry but I have no way of telling when your phone will be shipped have a nice day!. Gotta love it!
