Droid Incredible Shipping?

When did you order? 19 days left? I ordered 6/13 and am praying that the rep was right when he told me arrival 7/7.

I'm a 6/12 and the ship date was 7/9. I also called 611 to confirm last week. At this point it will probably be delayed a week too.

Well today is supposed to be the day for me but I highly doubt it will. I ordered online on 6/9 and was told today and I have spoken to CS like a million times but I have serious doubts that it will. The thing that pisses me off the most is that they had no problem hitting my credit card for the full amount right away but I have to wait forever for my phone they should not have hit my card until it shipped. I keep checking my email every 5 min I am going to make myself CRAZY today I can see.

Actually most people won't know the difference. I probably won't notice unless I have them side by side or in the sun. LCD Just seems to be a bit tougher and work better in sunlight.

I hope that I am wrong but I am guessing that there will be no more new shipments til after the 7/4 holidays (7/5 cause fedx takes that day).I think that the ppl getting them til then ,those have already shipped out .But if someone does receive a shipping notification today please post it help keep the hope alive altho its fading more as the holiday weekend gets closer

Edit: I read the link that was posted above and it sounds like the screens run cooler , less battery use, but the resolution might not be quite as good ,some good stuff, some bad stuff, either way I still think I will still like it .

I never received an email and probably have no hopes of getting a rebate until I'm past my promised ship date .. another week! ugh

so I think it's personal preference:
LCD has greater range of colors
AMOLED has better contrast
LCD works better in sunlight
AMOLED has lower power consumption..

Called again this morning....Promised ship date was originally 6/21 then 6/24 and then 6/28....Asked about switching my order to the X and was told "At this stage you would have to wait for the phone to arrive and refuse delivery." So regardless I have to wait for the Incredible, then when they start taking preorders for the X i have to call and have that phone charged to me, send back the incredible and get credited the money spent on the Incredible. Yay?

I ordered 6/6 and original ship date 6/28. I got the email from Verizon this morning... but mine said 10 day delay and not a thing about a $25 gift card! grrr. I'm in Mass, so maybe thats why its longer than everyone elses 7 days?

Overall I was able to get 65.00 in credits and they then credited me back an additional 35.00 for the Case and Screen Protectors I bought the day before. I was pretty well taken care of.

I ordered June 18th. The ship date on that day was July 16th, ETA July19-21. My 19 days left is really just reference to the week my nerves will on be edge if I'm in the group that gets delayed 7 days. I almost do not want to know. This would make it a month that I've been waiting for this phone. I unsuccessfully tried to buy one off ebay and was taken advantage of almost. Then Verizon decides to let me upgrade early after I almost lost 600 bucks on ebay. The only thing that made it worth waiting for was the discounted pricing. I was also told this eligibility for upgrade was in existence for 3mos and that someone had failed to update my account and make it available, which was annoying because it means I couldve ordered the dinc at launch for discount and already have it. But I digress. Getting angry and bitter isnt healthy. I just hope I dont get delayed any further. If I do, I'm not really sure if I'll stay with Verizon.

Similar to me... I ordered online 6/17 with a "ship by" date of 7/15. Hopefully the screen issue will be corrected soon and shipments will increase. I don't care if I get the LCD screen, just hope it's not delayed much past 7/15. I also do not want the Droid X... too large for me and I don't care about 720p video recording & playback.

You a Red Sox fan? They may be thinking Red Sox fans are used to waiting a looooong time for things so give them the 10 day delay....
