came on here hoping to see a bunch of 6/6ers shipped and instead its the same old nothing. I got my 25 dollar and 7 day delay email today also. I'm glad I called yesterday and requested a 100 dollar credit since I had been told so many dates and guaranteed twice on the 28th that it would ship that day. Originally the CSR said he could only do 50 bucks. But I informed him that people on the forums were getting 100 and also that I had ordered TWO phones, so he did give me that credit. Even though I'd rather have the phones in hand than the 100 bucks. But what can we do, just sit here and wait. Lets hope some 6/6ers go out today, cause if today has been anything like the last few weeks of how verizon handles their stuff it would stay true to form if after the 25 dollar credit email goes out you also get an email saying it shipped......lol

6/3 ordered, 6/24 promised, it showed up yesterday even though I called on 6/24 and cancelled the order for it... If you look up INEPT in the dictionary, there's a picture of Verizon Customer Service...
It's good to see that they're still pumping out orders despite people receiving "7 day delay" e-mails. I guarantee that the e-mail was sent to try to reduce the number of calls coming in inquiring about ship dates.
I wonder when the samsung fascinate (galaxy s) will be available to purchase since i see it was just announced for verizon. Maybe will have time to trade off in our 30 day period for one. At least you know what screen you are getting since they make them, lol. 4 inch screen may be just the perfect compromise between the incredible and the giant X.

I'm a 6/8 and 2 days past my delivery. no email received here and no $25 email either. you will have to call and get it if you go past your date.

When you call 611 when do you get that message? right away? do you have to pound some numbers? I'm a 6/7! but i'm out of town on business the next couple of days!
I also noticed a couple people defending the CSR's up in here... that's fine... I call and some of them are fantastic, apologetic, and most importently HONEST! they don't blow smoke to get me off the phone...
I get upset with CSR's who are pulling Incredible rabbits out of their...I'll say Hat... just to move on to the next one.

I am going to my parents house for the weekend and was hoping to get mine before I leave on Friday. I am still seeing a lot of people getting their phones shipped out 2 days later than the promised ship date so I am hanging on to the chance the same will go for me and mine will ship out by tomorrow.
I'm hoping the same thing - original promised ship date was 6/28, I've confirmed a number of times I have overnight shipping. So long as it ships by Thursday I should have mine this week. BUT - not holding my breath as I received the 7 day delay email
