ordered 6/9 online (living in nj), called today and told it shipped via fedex...due on 7/6 at 4:30pm. Sure hope that is accurate, got a tracking number that works too!
-edit- after i submitted this, i got a text stating my order has been delaying for 8 business days and they apologize...but the tracking number does work...time to call 611 again...
I got the same message that you did. the CSP couldn't find my tracking number. I think they are special.
