RIGHT after this post I got shipping notifications via email!!!!

(AND CSR said NO WAY this am)

However- they shipped 2nd day and delivery says July 7th!!!

They are in MEMPHIS and so am I- oh well - there is an end to this madness in sight!

Tried calling Fedex to see if it would get from newwark NJ to Pittsburgh by Saturday so I can pick it up before Tues.. she said no .. that it will sit in NJ over weekend and not arrive in town till Tues... oh well.. at least it's coming...

Memphis seems to be the problem child of FedEx. My wife's phone took three days to get to Birmingham from there and one day to deliver.

Yep - same here- won't let me pick it up- they'll be sitting in a warehouse until Tuesday.

Would've been fun to have over the Holiday weekend. BUT- at least now I can begin the recovery process from email madness. I was SICK of checking for status but couldn't stop!

I took it with an apple 4g .......... lol no it was my old bb curve 8330 cam

I seen nothing to say it wasnt an Amoled btw , I dont know for sure yet how to tell its charging now

Ok Verizon and Fedex suck! I can't pick up my package because Fedex said Verizon has a strong policy and won't let fedex do it. Verizon said the only way to pick up your package is to have them try and deliver it and you weren't there to sign for it. How is this fair? I'm the owner and I paid for it a MONTH AGO!!!!!!!!

My new least favorite word... CONTAINERIZED. Yep it's a horrendous word that I did not even know existed until I called FedEx this morning and asked why my 1 day shipping dinc shipped out yesterday and is now languishing in Oakland. It seems that they put it in a bin, with THOUSANDS OF OTHER PACKAGES, as the not so nice lady on the phone tried to tell me, and this particular bin is marked 2 day and so will not be touched until Tuesday. Now I don't think of myself as a mathematician but package ships out Thursday. That is day one. Today is Friday so that should be day two. So shouldn't my phone be containerized in a FedEx next to my house where I can badger them until I am allowed to come pick it up by the end of the day today? I think the fact that my phone will not be touched till TUESDAY makes it 3 day shipping.

Leave a note , print out your tracking info and sign it. I had one taped to the door incase I missed them but i didnt miss them, still asked the driver if note would have worked and he said yes.
