6/30 was the ship date on the website on 6/10. just found out about the 7/8

I ordered mine 6/9 and on the site it said shipped by 6/30, when I woke up the next morning the site said 7/8....Since I ordered when it said 6/30 I better get it by then or I will be really ticked off!!

Just called Verizon, still hasn't shipped. Looks like I will be getting my phone on schedule rather than early.

I talked with our business rep the other day about the changing dates on the website. What he told me is that the dates on the website change to let people know that if they order the phone today, it will ship by the date shown on the website.

For example, I ordered on 6/6 and the site showed 6/28. He said VZW will still honor 6/28.

The deal with emails, I believe, is that if you ordered online or over the phone you should receive a shipping confirmation email. If you ordered in a store, you'd have to call the store to see if the shipping info is available (as they are the ones who placed the order, its simply being shipped to your address). The store won't know until FedEx lets them know, so don't be calling a week in advance because they'll probably not know at that point. I'd say check in 3 days before your quoted ship date.

And for those wondering, it looks as though 5/30, 31, and 6/1 orders are being processed around this time. Remember that was a holiday weekend, so don't be surprised if your order is a day late or so based on that.

My estimate for receiving your phone next week:
6/1 - Today and Monday
6/2 - Monday and Tuesday
6/3 - Tuesday and Wednesday
6/4 - Wednesday and Thursday
6/5 - Thursday and Friday
6/6 - Friday and Monday

Remember also that some people have 2 day shipping and some have overnight. I have overnight via my store order (they upgraded me for free because of the wait). That does need to be considered when matching up your order with someone who placed on the same day.

Should give you a general ballpark of when you'll get it. Again this is just someone's estimates, but still something to help give you some hope!

^^^ Right on according to my call to CS a minute ago. I ordered 6/3, and was told I should it would ship by 6/24 overnight, now I was told I will have it no later than 6/25. SO everything is the same.

I agree that you should call. Call the store you purchased it from and ask if they have an ETA or if they received shipping info. It was the Saturday of the holiday weekend, so its not terribly surprising its not in yet.

I ordered May 29 at 8:14pm CST. The estimate when I ordered was June 22. They shipped out it today (got e-mail from VZW at 3:23pm)...

Im in NJ... I ordered mine 6/14 in the store... the woman who rang me up said it will ship 6/23... i asked her if she was sure bc at that time online said 7/12... she checked with three other people that said in store orders would ship faster on 6/23... i find that really hard to believe, but i am really hopeful!! she told me to call customer service on 6/23 to get the tracking number... we will see....
