I just called as well, to "check in" to see if there was any more info they could give me. The rep said that if I didn't have a tracking number by tonight to receive tomorrow (5/13) then she would special order and overnight mine to me for Friday delivery!!!!! We shall see.......
I went to my VZ store on Sat (8th), checked out the phone and liked it. None in stock, said it wouldn't be until May 29th. I went home and ordered it online, got the 2-3 days for processing message like everybody else. Late yesterday (11th) I checked the order status page and it said it was shipped, and today (12th) it showed up about 10am.
That's funny I ordered my phone last Friday and received it this Monday. I was emailed a tracking number the next following morning after I ordered. I am however waiting for the shiny black case which is back ordered till the 18th. When you called them did they give you any further info?Ordered on 5/9 and haven't received any confirmation or tracking number. Was told would be delivered by today but called and they told me it hasn't been shipped.
Does emailing internetorders@verizonwireless.com work just as well as calling them?
