I ordered my Incredible in-store on 5/11 and i have no idea what e-mail address they are going to send the shipping confirmation to. is there a way to check what email address i have listed on My Verizon?

I'm in South Carolina, ordered mine 5/10, paid cash, gave an email address & haven't received anything but the initial rebate info in email form. I'm sure units will ship in the next day or two, but I'll admit it's been a tough wait. LOL

When I ordered on 5/11, VZW made it pretty clear that the device would not ship until the 29th. If it does not ship when promised, I'll certainly call them out on it...but thus far, they've done nothing to suggest that they will not fulfill their promise.
Are you under different circumstances warranting some kind of credit from VZW?
(That being said, my old phone is just dying. Random shutoffs, power/end button sporadically not working, ringer not functioning, camera not functioning. I certainly would appreciate getting a new phone earlier than promised.)

I really don't think a credit is necessary or warranted in this situation. Ya, the phone is popular and on Backorder, you have to wait and be patient....it's not verizons fault they aren't receiving the phones from manufacturing to fill the demand of the customer.
I'm glad I cancelled my order but am annoyed as I wanted to buy it from the store but looks like I have to wait until middle/end of June for that to happen. Oh well.

Order my Inc May 15th at a store in Wesley Chapel, FL. Looks like my order was processed the following day as Fedex picked up the other phone I ordered on the 16th for shipping. I'll update when I get something back from VZW.

Wesley Chapel is just North of me, I'm in Tampa. I hope to hear something soon. I know per the shipping schedule it should ship by 5/28 since I ordered on 5/11 but still would be nice to get it by Wednesday!! I have been patient and haven't posted much about it but seems like the closer it gets the more excited I get.

Check out the whole line of smart phones on Verizon's web site. They moved the HTC Incredible to the VERY bottom of the list. It's like there trying to push people away from ordering it.

It's always been on the bottom. They sort their list from cheapest to most expensive after instant discount.

My tracking number says it should be here by May 25th, 4:30PM. Awesome.

Sweet! Congratulations! I have been waiting to hear about today's shipments. I ordered on the 11th too, earlier than you, though I did it online. I'm in NJ so it should ship from the same location. I'll update if I get the email today.

I have waited this long now but come on Fedex WTF. Says it will be here tomorrow but it has been at the local facility since Saturday. Is this a joke or something? Give me my PHONE!

I ordered mine online on the 10th and still nothing! I emailed with Verizon Support last week and they said the estimated shipping date for orders placed on the 9th, 10th, 11th in my area won't be until 5/26. Verizon royally screwed the pooch on this product release. They had no problem taking my money THREE weeks ago though. Ugh, hopefully I'll get a FedEx tracking message in the next day or two.
