Droid Incredible Shipping?

I just searched the forum and couldn't find an answer. I ordered from a Verizon store on 5/20 and was wondering what the ship by date was on their web site. Any help would be appreciated.

I said with my fingers crossed. This is like waiting for Christmas...

You can always call *611 to see what VZ says your order status is. I ordered mine on 5/19, and they are still saying 6/9 for delivery.

Ordered mine on 5/19. I found a store that received 10 units today. Called Verizon to see what my ship date was and they told me 6/8. I asked them to cancel my order and they said it was cancelled but they can't stop shipment and just to refuse delivery and then it will be returned and my account credited. WTF. In this day and age of computerization they can't cancel a shipment that is scheduled in 10 days.

Went to the store and got mine and it is sweet. Glad I don't have to wait 10 days.

Found out that my local best buy got 5 in stock this morning. I went down and there was one left and bought it.

I will be canceling my internet order on Monday when their call center opens back up (per the vzw customer support on the phone).

I placed my order on 5/23 online and at the time it said "ship by 6/15". Screw waiting that long.

Wow this seems so simple... Can't believe it didn't cross my mind before... I'm gonna hit one of the retailers tomorrow and see if I can't pull this off. Gotta ask - if I go to a verizon wireless authorized retailer, and I mean an actual store in the strip mall with the Verizon sign on the building, to get this, and have problems, does the return policy work the same way as it would as a straight out VZW Store?

Well, it's a moot point. Just called a VZW retailer and best buy, and neither one has any in stock or can predict the next shipment. So the waiting continues...

I ordered in store on 5/16 after 6pm and I just received shipping info today, Sunday 5/30 at 12.09pm. FedEx doesnt have any info for me yet (as it is Sunday), so I dont know if they shipped it overnight or 2-day. There's hope for everyone out there that their phones may be ready to ship this weekend and go out Tuesday! Good luck and see y'all on the other DINC forums!

Yes, checked with multiple places this week and they all just shrug their shoulders when asked if/when they will get any - "Order it online".

I ordered mine online on 5/25 with an estimated ship date of 6/15. Haven't called yet to see when it will really be shipped. But it will be worth the wait with the money saved. Best Buy had some in on Saturday but were gone today. Oh well. It will be worth the wait in the end.

I ordered online on 5/17. I received a shipment notification today but fed x has no info up yet. I'm confused though, my original sales order # was 100019xxxx but on the notification I received today the order # is totally diff and I see no reference to my original #. I didn't order anything else from Vz so it has to be my phone...right???

I also ordered my phone on 5/17 and received my shipment notification this afternoon. I only ordered the phone and got the case and screen protectors elsewhere so if thats what you ordered from Verizon Im pretty sure thats what you are getting!

I have no idea why. About ~14 hours after the first FedEx shipping notification, I received a second e-mail from Verizon with more details about the shipment (yes, it's the incredible that was shipped!). In the second e-mail, they listed the 100015xxxx number as a "reference number" and the 7-digit number as the order number.

A confusing way to do things, but - congrats!!! Your phone is on the way.

Droid Incredible Shipping Date

I see a few people that ordered theirs on 5/17 are getting shipment notices today (5/30). I ordered mine 5/18 at a Verizon store where they told me the EXPECTED shipping date would be 6/5; but seeing as many people are getting shipping dates earlier than expected, any hope that I'll get a shipment notice tomorrow (5/31)? Federal holiday I realize, but if they're being made overseas, and if FedEx uses an automated system...wishful thinking?

I ordered mine 5/15 at the Verizon store and they told me it will ship 6/4 at the latest. I know people that ordered theirs after me and have gotten an email notification already, I still haven't got notification. I know this holiday is slowing my shipment. UGH I cant wait.

I think my Storm 2 knows that it will be replaced soon, its lagging like never before...
