Droid Incredible Shipping?

On a side note, as my wait gets longer I find myself checking my e-mail looking for my shipping notice less often, I only do it once a minute now.

I know exactly how you feel. I've probably refreshed the e-mail page like 100,000,000,000,000,000 times now within the last 3 days..

Assuming in-store orders are similar to phone orders, I didn't get ANY e-mail notification from VZ. I had to call to get updates, nor did an order status appear in My VZ online.

Same here. I ordered over the phone.

I ordered May 27th. The only emails I have received from VZ are for my rebate(just a stock email saying to go here for rebate info) and an email confirming I changed my plan.

The order # they gave me does not work when I type it in online.

Further, I did not receive an email notification regarding the DINC had shipped. After speaking with a CS rep to check the status of the order, they told me it had shipped.

My advice: Call CS and check for the status of your order. Unfortunately, it seems like someone at VZW really dropped the ball or "screwed the pooch" on this whole thing. Although from a pure business strategy point of view, they must be raking in the dough. They not only pushed the DINC to get new customers. It was also heavily promoted to those whose contract was about to end. For that reason, you gotta give it to them. I mean this phone is out for just over a month.

Exact same dates and ship times from MI. The only reason I knew it was coming yesterday is I called the store. No emails from Verizon although I was told at time of sale that it would be shipped on June 4th.

Verizon has my email on file cuz I get emails when my bill is ready but I never received a shipping email. Good thing I called the other day to check on the status cuz it was shipping that day. Yes they are running ahead of schedule. I got mine a week early. Was told June 7th and it came in yesterday.

I'm less than a week away from my "scheduled ship by date" and I've gotten nothing. What number did you call? Also, did they need the account holders last 4 of SSN, because I'm not the account holder, I don't wanna call and not have information ready

If you have a phone on the account, have the account holder go to My Verizon (online) and assign you permission (assuming they would be ok with it). Then you can deal directly with them, again assuming the account holder would be ok with it.

I called 611 from my phone and spoke with a rep. They did ask for the last 4 of the account holders SSN but that's me so I don't have any issues.

I am just as upset. I ordered on the 17th and have called twice a day all week and gotten absolutely nothing. I did order in the store so that might be what is screwing me. I don't know. I guess some people are just luckier than others.

Just received email notification for shipment. I ordered May 17th, was told expect delivery June 7th, right on the money! It ships out today(from Memphis) Fedex 2 day Service with delivery due Monday 6/7. A buddy I work with received his yesterday and I got to toy with it a bit this morning. It's sweet and lightning fast. Location..Valrico, Florida

Just FYI, I ordered mine on the 18th of May online. I was told then that I'd have it by the 7th. I just received a Verizon email saying that it was shipped today the 3rd, and the tracking info says that it is expected to arrive tomorrow the 4th...if not, then I'll definitely have it by the 7th...as Verizon originally stated.
