You are kidding me, right? I'm a 6/5 order in Northeast PA and have got nothing! Something is not right about that.
When I spoke to a Verizon rep last night, she told me about a case where a husband and wife ordered two Incredibles at the same time. The husband got his a few days ago and the wife is still waiting.

Just talked to a CSR and I asked if there was any word on a tracking #... get this! was told to continue being patient... and the more patient I become the faster the days would go by.

Ordered 6/8, 6/28 shipping, just told of the 5 day delay when I called. I asked if it had to do with the different screens but the rep did not know that. She is going to have a text sent to me with the tracking number once it is sent.
On the phone with a CSR now. She said my phone has been released from the warehouse and is ready to ship. However, she can't find the tracking number. I don't think I'll hold my breath! I'll let you guys know what she finds out. I'm a 6/5 from Iowa.

Really need to stop calling verizon, i'm pretty sure everyone who is reading this has been worse off after getting off the phone with the company that has your money and phone.
Now to the important information - I just got off the phone once again and what this guy said was a first to me. He said
"Ok so you ordered the incredible let me look up what the ship date is for you, and you ordered 6/5 correct?"
Yes i did and it was also processed 6/5...
"Well at this point in time we don't know when your phone will ship, but you should continue to check your email..." Click...
This guy couldn't even give me the 5 day delay crap like everyone else gave me. He flat out said we don't know where your phone is but your $$ was used last week on our trip to the Hersey Chocolate Factory sorry!! But the caramel sure was delicious....

Oh my precious Lord! A Fed Ex truck just pulled into my driveway... the driver fiddled around with his little electronic schedule... and walked out... with my new skate deck... (ugh)CRAP! never thought i'd be so dissapointed to work on a new board. Oh well... maybe it'll take my mind off of things... time to go back and make the money!
I spoke to VZW several times last week and each time I get a different story. On 6/24 someone told me it was going to ship yesterday 6/28 & that I would receive a txt with the tracking #. I called back on 6/25 to verify and then was told that was incorrect and that it should ship on my original ship date on 6/30 which is tomorrow. All I know is that damn phone better ship tomorrow!
