Droid Incredible Shipping?

Argh I'm jealous and happy for the ones getting shipping notifications all at the same time! When will my time be?!
 
I've been lurking for awhile.

I ordered 6/8 online with an original ship date of 6/29 (today) called customer service yesterday and they told me there was a 5 day delay meaning either 7/5 or 7/6 I would get the phone. I just called and now they are telling me 7/9.

I read on another forum that the 10 day delays are only effecting those that ordered their phones online, which if course I did.

Hopefully soon!! What time did you order it? It seems to be shipping around the time that you placed the order and it was processed. I ordered mine on the 4th around this time and now i got the activation message :). Now I can stop obsessing its a big relief lol

AAAAAAH I'm going crazy. Promised date of the 28th, then the 30th, and now the NINETH of JULY. (6/7 order here) in North Carolina
 
Just got off the phone with Charles the CSR, he said my order (6/9 in-store) is still scheduled to ship tomorrow and shouldn't be affected by the 5 day delay. Going out of town friday so I asked if I could get upgraded to overnight shipping and he said he'll let me know via text or phone call once he gets the tracking number tomorrow...heres hoping it comes thursday! Would truly be nice having Independence Day (from my BB Storm 1 that is making me angry more and more everyday especially since everyone loves their incredibles sooo much more)
 
I just called CSR again (last time I called was Friday and they said their may be a 5-day delay)

I ordered 6/9 with expected ship of 6/30.

She promised, yes, she said "promise" I even questioned her on it, that my phone would ship 6/30 if that's when they originally said it would. She said they're trying to get them all out to prep for the Droid X. She said it would ship June 30 and I would receive it July 1. My order says 2-day shipping though, so who knows.


Again, I'm not getting my hopes up, but it is nice to hear a little bit of good news every now and then.....even if it turns out to be false....
 
Husband's phone ordered 6/5 and just got a tracking number from CS. It shipped today and he will recieve it on 7/1. Now I have to wait on mine....ordered 6/10.
 
I'm a 6/5 and I just got notice that it shipped today.
The csr today said 10 day delay and that it wouldn't be here until 7/9.
So have hope!
 
Well I just got off the phone with CS yet again and now they tell me that it SHOULD be shipping tomorrow but that they would not be surprised if it was delayed a day or two. My frustration levels rise by the second!
 
This is my first post although I've been stalking the forum for a few days.
I'm being patient for my Incredible, but still keep checking for a tracking number all day long.
How late do they ship the phones? Is there a certain time that its a waste to check for a tracking number? Before I saw this forum, I spoke with a CSR and know I have the 5 day delay (before they announced the supposed 10 day delay).

I'm a 6/5 here too. Still no info on shipping. To everyone else that is waiting for their phones after the ship by date has come and passed keep asking for them to help you out. Like I said I got a month of service paid. This is for two phones so maybe that is why they were so nice about it.

I called to check on shipping again today and was told the 10 day delay. She also told me it was to replace "bad screens cause they keep breaking" :) lol here we all thought they ran out of them. Guess they just weren't good enough.:p

I just left a Verizon corp store and asked about some of the delays. He looked up my order and assured me that it should ship today and could not find any information about a delay for my order...

Still don't have a tracking number...
 
I've been following this thread for the past 3 days or so and figured I'd post my 2 cents on things.

It seems that for the most part, the west coast warehouses are up to 6/6ers and 6/7ers while the southern and eastern warehouses are still working on 6/5ers and even some 6/4ers. I think this is to be expected seeing as these areas are more heavily populated. I live in Pittsburgh so I'm not sure what warehouse my phone will come from. I think they have a warehouse in Bethesda, MD so it may come from there but I'm not sure. I honestly am not expecting a ship conformation any earlier than 7/1 although I'd love to have it sooner.

Does anyone else live in Western PA/West Virginia/Ohio that has spoken to a CSR? I'm just wondering what the estimated ship dates are for people from my area.
 
just got off the phone with CSR and i ordered 6/8 with a ship date of today, 6/29, nothing he said its delayed so thats my update, Central PA btw
 
I don't usually post on these forums, just enjoy reading. I also don't usually call cs, but decided to see what they would tell me. Btw, Arizona, 6/8, 6/28 promise, ordered over phone. I was told a couple of things that blew me away! First, after explaining to me that there is a 10 day delay i aked if I was still set up for overnight shipping as promised when i ordered, answer was...if I had ordered overnight, I would have gotten it on the 9th, but regular shipping takes much longer! Really! This is a 3 week shipping delay?

Now the best part...why didn't someone call and inform me of the delay? I'm sorry sir, but we dont show a phone number on file for you! Serious? Aren't you the phone company?

16 lines for the past 7 years and they don't even know my number, that they issued. I think their new tactic is to act so stupid they leave us speechless so we just hang up!
