Droid Incredible Shipping?

So with all the people ordering on 6/30 and later getting their Dincs I thought I'd call to find out what was up with my order This is what I found out:



I called CS around 11am EDT to inquire about my 6/27 order and was told that it was still on track for a 7/28 ship date

The other day the CS rep I spoke with told me it was on schedule for 7/26. This rep said that there was some kind of snafu on orders placed 6/27 and 6/28. I am getting the $25 dollar gift card though (BFD) I want my Damn Phone already !!

I ordered 6/27 (over the phone) and did get a shipment notification on Tuesday. Phone should be arriving today.

I never get shipping notifications from Verizon. I always have to call 611 and ask for a shipping number. They always tell me I'll receive an email and never do. Go figure.

Ordered 7/4 Online - Just got shipping notice

good news. (new here, first post) ordered 07-07-10 just got email fed ex bringing my dinc tomorrow by 3pm. Not bragging. just wanted to give some of the other July seveners some hope!

Don't worry about bragging. I'm glad you posted. I ordered mine on 07.09.10 and your 07.07.10 isn't too far off. So, my fingers are crossed.

I know I get mine tomorrow, was hoping for today but it is still at the sort facility. I have AppBrain all ready to go and my 1750 battery is fully charged just waiting for a phone to use it! Storm 2 and BB Tour are both sold and get shipped out this weekend.

My first Droid phone, so we will see how much I can learn on it tomorrow.

Well, I'm kind of back on the waiting list.

My phone has a very green tint to it, so I just called up VZW to ask for a replacement.
Humorously, he said there was one store with a single phone in stock in the NYC area, but he called and found out it was a return. So, we decided it was better to place an order for a new one instead. He gave me an ETA of August 3rd with free overnight shipping. This seems like Verizon has started to really catch up with all their backlog considering crwmlw also had an ETA of August 3rd but ordered 20 days ago.

Thankfully, I'm able to continue using my current Incredible until the replacement arrives, and besides the heavy green tint, it works fine.

Here's to hoping I have an issue-free phone soon.
