Droid Mini - Device Manager won't install - Mac running 10.5.8 and Droid Mini

When I plug in my phone (did for first time this afternoon), the "Install Device Manager" install icon pops up, I run it, but then nothing after it says "successfully installed."

I checked the Installer Log and there are errors, so it looks like it is really NOT installed. I need to get pics and vids off as soon as possible.

What's going on and can someone help?

I have the same issue with the Droid Ultra. I am running OSX 10.6.8. Let me know if you resolved the issue.

Mine has the same problem. I've ignored it and it doesn't seem to affect anything.

The device manager has amin rights on your device. Nothing to install on a PC/Mac. Go to https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager , log in with your gmail credentials and your in.
