Droid Razr corporate email acct sync not working

I am trying to sync my corporate email account to my phone. However,all I a getting is frustration. I can log on to my email account on my laptop using my username and password. But, when I try to sync my corporate email to my Droid razr is keeps saying "Cannot Finish" Username or password not correct. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Like I said above, username and password works on my laptop.

I have the same problem. Ever since the 4.1.2 update I cant log in. My IT guy tried for about a half hour.
