That has not been officially announced.

Motorola (per Punit Soni) has mentioned they don't want to give out dates to the public to keep the pressure off the dev and test teams.

Makes sense don't want to rush it. Btw Kit Kat update was released for the Nexus 7 today

Now that the new Droids just got it, and mysteriously exactly a month after the Moto X, we could either: a) get it before January 19 because the software is simpler with fewer features, or b) get it later because they have to start from scratch for the older phones. Those are my theories
