Droid Razr Maxx email problem

I can't compose emails on my phone all of a sudden. Unistalled and re-installed email accounts, reset the phone made sure all updates are current and still I can only read emails. Both my work email and my aol account are affected. Any ideas.

Are you using the gmail and email app on the phone? Have you tried 3rd party email apps?
