Thanks for this I was looking for the changes and could not find it but I do find it interesting that they have a planned update again for January 22 2010, as noted in the doc.

if it can be rooted (or when it is i guess) then it should be possible to load the senseUI's rom onto it

SenseUI is strictly an HTC product. You won't see it on anything outside of HTC phones unless like was stated above it's on a rooted phone.

Would be interesting to run HTC Sense on the Droid.

One reason I didn't get the Eris is because it wasn't running 2.0
