I went from a die hard BlackBerry person to the owner of two Droids with in two weeks I got my wife a Droid 4 today. Now don't get me wrong my BlackBerry 9930 is a fine phone and to me it is better to email with than my Droid Razr Maxx. I have to tke my wife out to eat tonight to get out of the dog house.

I also shifted from a 9530 two weeks ago and interestingly one of my biggest complaints on the BB was email...actually anything that required using the keypad. My fingers covered at least two buttons and I couldn't tell which one I was hitting and it was so bad I even had Verizon disable texting so I wouln't have to deal with it. Razr is so much better and I may even try texting again. Also, the call quality of the Razr is much better than my 9530.
