DTCP, Did and Some Automatic Log files

There are few log files that are getting generated automatically like dtcp, did, naukriLog.txt.lck as shown in screenshots below.

Added to above some debug logs are also seen even when feature setting of auto sending diagnostic data is also off.

These file appears/gets regenerated automatically at some routined specific time and right after reboot.

Looking for suggestions to fix it at the earliest.

Have you tried restarting in safe mode, deleting the debug logs, then seeing if any reappear?

have already tried rebooting in safe mode, deleting the file however it reappears. sometimes it is creating blank folders as well as corrupted screenshots that are also seen on device.

Can I expect quick answer as if it is generated by some kind of malware or as how to fix it..
