Dual camera mode missing

I love the dual camera (front and back cameras are active at same time) mode on note 5. Unfortunately am not seeing this on note 8. It's not even available to download. Is there a way to enable this?

It was a mode on previous Samsung devices where it took a picture you as in both the front and rear camera at the same time

Yeah I don't see it either.
I remember right though it wasn't available immediately on my S8 + but became available later.

Awww maaannnn. Why would they go and mess with that? It's been there since at least the N3! Ugh... Samsung giveth and then taketh away.

There's no way I the Note8 has older software. Mayberry the updated software doesn't have to some older outdated features, perhaps?

Thank goodness. I'm at&t as well. I've heard for some time now that various carriers alter functions of their devices.

This may be true. Am also missing the latest feature swiping down on home screen to see notification drop down. Is this issue only with unlocked?
