Dumb move by verizon

to change from 10 days to return to 5 on returning a defective device is wrong.
First, there is no 5 days or 10 days. I can only guess you were exaggerating for emphasis?

Second, this whole subject has nothing whatsoever to do with defective merchandise. For defective merchandise we have a full 1 year warranty through VZW.
