Duplicate Ringtones

On my N5 when I try to assign ringtone to contact or notification, there is duplicate ringtones...:-[ how do I remove them?

Well, There's nothing more you can do rather than removing it one by one at a time !!

That only happens when I've copied ringtones to the internal storage.... some of my personal favs weren't on all ROMs, so I put them in their respective folders on /sdcard..... so they would sometimes show up twice.

Did you copy in folder that was there already or made new one.

Well, there should already be folders there in /sdcard. If a file is there and in /system/media, you'll get duplicates.

Ok, I finnaly fixed it I think, no more duplicates.!
Deleted Ringtones and Notification folder and created a new one ÈmediaÈ, ÈaudioÈ and recreated inside alarm, notifications and ringtones and uploaded .mp4 files using WiFi Tranfer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.smarterdroid.wififiletransfer
