Hi, welcome back! What's the exact issue? Are you trying to turn off the notification for one of the SIMs?

I'm familiar with using dual-SIM, but it looks like you only have one SIM... unless you say what the actual issue you're having is, no one can help you.

Sorry. The issue is that I only have one SIM. Not sure where the second one is coming from as it's only showing the one in Settings under SIM management.

From that screenshot it looks like it is picking your eSIM up as SIM 2 as I suspected, minus the metal lol. It is probably coded to reserve SIM 1 for a physical SIM.

I can't test because I don't have an eSIM, but if it isn't causing you any actual problems I wouldn't worry about it. You could always submit a bug report through Samsung Members.

That's normal what you see , my Fold 4 has esim View attachment 351611View attachment 351612

My wife's S23 Ultra is also using eSIM with Tmobile and she also has dual notifications (SIM 1 and eSIIM 1). As if the phone has 2 SIMS. I think it may be a software issue. When SIM1 (physical SIM) is NOT inserted, it should not show both SIMS in the notifications sound settings.... Just my thought.

I think it gets triggered when using a Esim to show sim slot available, my s23u with Att sim doesn't show this
