Dust under the screen

So I'm pretty positive there is actually dust underneath my touchscreen... At first I was thinking something along the lines of dead pixels.... The dust has slipped through the tiny space between the screen and the phone and gotten between the display and touchscreen. Definitely gonna replace it, but I don't see avoiding this issue unless I get a case

I just checked a few forums and there are reports of dust seeping in thru the volume button area, and what do u know, that's exactly where I have dust. Hmmm.

It might be the 2nd screen protector on your phone if you already havent taken it off...its hard to see & remove but Ive done it & glad I did

No. That is off. There is dust under the screen, right by the volume control.
