AC Question
I'm using micromax canvas a1 android one device. Recently my phone got stuck in boot start showing marshmallow start screen with 4 rings. I tried wiping cache partition, but the problem was still there. so I tried to do wipe data/factory reset and after 15 - 20 mins, my phone automatically started rebooting. I don't know whether that data wipe was completed or not (I didn't notice any 'successfully completed' msg there).
So I removed battery, put it again and tried to switch on, the only change was instead of showing that 4 rings, it stuck at micromax logo itself. After this when I check the recovery screen it showed an error msg 'E: failed to mount \cache'. I tried to do wipe cache/ wipe data again, but it shows long set of errors.
When I googled about this I came to know that cache can be mounted again by selecting an option 'mount system/cahe' in recovery screen. But I don't see that option in my phone. I have an option called 'mount system' but after doing that also it gives same error. Anyone help me in this issue pls..
