earphone problem

I can't hear the song but only background music when I connect any of my earphones in my Lenovo k3note

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean only background music? Are these wired or Bluetooth headphones? Does this happen with any earphones, or only those? Does it happen if you use those earphones in another device, or try other earphones in your device?
