Earphone sound both side, volume got low, means very low

As per comments, wax created same problem in both sound piece L& R at the same time, Now you would say that wax inserts wax and closed the sound whole but think how it possible to both are paralysed at the same time circle

Try using them on some other device, if the sound is still low, the earphones have been damaged at some place.
